Consumer Protection Centre (“CPC”) is a consumer protection group in terms of Section 77 of the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008.

CPC was established at the time when the long awaited Consumer Protection Act came into effect.

CPC consist of professional legal representatives who specialize in the protection of Consumers in South Africa. The implementation of the Act brought an end to the bully tactics so often ly used by various Suppliers throughout South Africa.

As a member of CPC you will enjoy peace of mind when entering into any agreement, transaction or when purchasing goods and/or require the rendering of services from any Supplier in South Africa.

The CPC team strives to professionally and diligently assist the Consumer with any advice on the Consumer Protection Act, considering the merits of a complaint, assistance with lodging a complaint as well as representation at the National Consumer Commission. We fight the fight on your behalf!
